Jacqueline is not just the founder of Shotz de Salud but its very essence. As a mother of six and deeply rooted in the vibrant traditions of Arizona and Sonora, Mexico, she embodies the resilience and passion that are central to the brand. Her journey has been one of profound transformation. Diagnosed with kidney cancer at the age of 32 and weighing in at 417 pounds, Jacqueline faced her health challenges head-on. With determination, she underwent a remarkable transformation, shedding over 100 pounds. Now, with 3½ years in remission, Jacqueline’s gratitude is boundless. It’s this gratitude and belief in the healing properties of nature that led her to champion ginger tonics, which played a pivotal role in her recovery. Through Shotz de Salud, she extends her hand to others on their wellness journey. Every product, from the invigorating aguas frescas to the nurturing body butters, is infused with the love and intention Jacqueline has for her community.
